3SXT was founded by Jeff Michael — an entrepreneur, operator and dealmaker who spent more than three decades building, financing and operating businesses before transitioning to advisory.

Founder & Managing Partner
Jeff Michael is an entrepreneur and operator with more than 30 years of experience building, financing and operating businesses across entertainment, transportation and construction. He founded Celebrity Coaches, grew it into one of the premier entertainment transportation platforms in the country, and completed a transaction with a private-equity-backed platform in 2023. That experience — starting a company, financing its growth, managing its operations and ultimately navigating a PE transaction — is the foundation of 3SXT's advisory practice.
